Sail Handling
Sail Handling is a maritime skill. Trim and set sail. Each level adds a quarter of a percent to your speed under sail, about a quarter faster at 99. It rises on its own, very slowly, whenever the ship has way on.
Like every skill it climbs to level 99. XP Boosts (+30%) and the Captain's Subscription (+20%) stack, for +50% XP while both are running.
