The Shattered Reach is an island in The World's Edge. The last chart there is. Black water, a sky full of strange stars, and the two mountains the sailors call the Twin Giants.

Jumping puzzle: The Obelisk Spiral
The Obelisk Spiral: a frost climb of difficulty ★★★☆☆ up the island's landmark (83.67 m high). 41 platforms, 2 checkpoints. Some platforms move, spin or vanish on a timer: watch a cycle before you jump.
Start at (0, -66). The chest at the top holds 4,000 gold, 3,600 XP and Ring of the Last Light. If you fall, you restart at the last checkpoint you touched. Each chest can be opened once per character; clearing puzzles counts towards achievements.
